Anyone and everyone can practice Spirituality from home, office or from wherever they are! - beginning from child, teen, adult to retired! 

Spirituality has many 1000nds and actually uncountable traditions, forms & practices, and is even unknowingly performed by people.

 

Important Practises/Steps

1. Inspiration

Associate with spiritual and happy, pure people. - > be friends/ a family. Learn from them/Share.

 

2. Happiness, Purity & a light LifeStyle

These three things needed for a happy, pure, calm mind.

Health is important, - walking at fresh air/jogging/ yoga, Tai Chi or any type of exercise

3. Vegetarian diet

or at least a more vegetarian diet than before. 

Many Religions - Hinduism, Buddhism,  - Dalai Lama, Shaolin monks, actually also Jesus Christ are based on pure vegetarian diet!! 

Out of India's Population (1.4Billion) r around 1Billion pure Vegetarian!!!

The Worship at Home

Everyone can keep at home a small 'temple' /altar/shrine. He/She can keep pictures of important God's, Goddeses or Gurus, and can remember them every day!!

Basic things that are offered - a lamp/ candle (elemt fire)

Insience (representing element earth / fresh flavors)

Flowers

Fruits& Vegetarian Food Items
